We’re looking for individuals who represent our brand with professionalism, energy, and heart for the community.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events and community outreach
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs (event materials, signage, supplies)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging with all types of people
- Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality that draws people in
- Highly organized with the ability to manage event materials and logistics efficiently
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays for events
- Commitment to attend and actively participate in 1–2 team meetings per month
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, events, or brand ambassador roles preferred but not required

🤝 Community Engagement & Insurance Education
- Represent Lindsay Quigley Sapanaro State Farm at local events, pop-bys, networking opportunities, and community gatherings
- Educate individuals on insurance basics (auto, home, life, and financial services) in a simple, relatable way
- Spark meaningful conversations that uncover opportunities to help protect what matters most
- Generate interest in insurance reviews, quotes, and consultations
🚀 Brand Representation
- Be a living example of our mission protecting families, building relationships, and serving our community
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with State Farm brand standards
- Build trust quickly through authentic conversations and strong people skills
- Confidently handle questions, overcome objections, and guide prospects toward next steps
- Represent the agency with integrity, positivity, and enthusiasm at all times
📍 Event Execution & Logistics
- Assist in planning and executing community events, pop-bys, and referral partner visits
- Coordinate with team members, local businesses, and event organizers to maximize exposure
- Set up and break down event materials (tables, signage, giveaways, QR codes, etc.)
- Maintain organization of supplies, marketing materials, and inventory
📊 Lead Generation, Data & Feedback
- Capture and record leads, referrals, and key contact information from events
- Track conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups for the sales team
- Gather insights from the community on needs, objections, and trends
- Provide feedback after each event to continuously improve strategy and results
