ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Outside Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services to outside businesses and centers of influences. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing effective marketing strategies to generate leads, build relationships with referral sources and strengthen current referral sources. RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Outside Door to Door Outreach Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking efforts.
  2. Collaboration Work closely with the our owner and sales team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  3. Events and Networking Represent the agency at local community events and agency participating events to promote agency awareness and generate leads.
  4. Reporting Provide regular reports on marketing and business development activities, including key performance indicators and successes. Update a daily spreadsheet and report to provide back to your leader for accountability and collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the designated area.
  • Previous experience in marketing, business development, or sales preferred.
